1. Digital Downloads
1.1. All digital downloads are provided in high resolution and licensed strictly for personal use. The purchaser is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the digital files for personal purposes, including but not limited to personal printing, social media sharing, and personal display.
1.2. The purchaser is prohibited from altering, reproducing, distributing, reselling, or using the digital files for any commercial purposes without the express written consent of Nedds Media.
1.3. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once the digital files have been delivered.

2. Physical Prints
2.1. Physical prints purchased are produced, handled, and shipped by a third-party provider. Nedds Media disclaims any and all liability for the quality, condition, or timely delivery of such prints.
2.2. Any concerns regarding print quality, shipping damage, or delivery issues must be directed to the third-party print provider. Nedds Media does not assume responsibility for the outcome of any such claims.
2.3. All orders for physical prints are considered final. As such, Nedds Media does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the print order has been placed and submitted to the third-party provider.

3. Refund Policy
3.1. All purchases, whether for digital downloads or physical prints, are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made, and Nedds Media is not liable for any dissatisfaction with the final product or services rendered.

4. Third-Party Services
4.1. Nedds Media utilizes third-party services for the production and delivery of physical prints. By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that any issues arising from the production or shipment of physical goods are the sole responsibility of the third-party provider.
4.2. Nedds Media does not assume responsibility for any delays, damages, or errors caused by third-party services.

5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. Nedds Media's liability for any claim relating to the purchase or use of its services and products, including digital downloads and physical prints, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product or service.
5.2. Nedds Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its services or the performance of its products, including but not limited to any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

6. Governing Law
6.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wisconsin. Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of Nedds Media's services or products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wisconsin.
